jya9 Terms and Conditions
This document clearly sets out all conditions, guidelines and user responsibilities for using the jya9 platform. Please read it in full before you start using the site.
1 General Provisions
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions apply between the jya9 platform and its users. "jya9", "we", "platform" refers to https://jya9app.cam and all services under it. "User", "you" refers to a registered member or any visitor.
1.2 Scope of Services
jya9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games and sports betting including cricket.
1.3 Age Requirement
All services on jya9 are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. If a person opens an account by providing a false age and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
1.4 Service Restrictions
Access to jya9 services may be limited or prohibited from certain geographic areas or jurisdictions. Users in those areas are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
2 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on jya9, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including full name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a breach of this agreement.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one jya9 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device, all accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Family members who wish to use separate accounts on the same device must inform jya9 Support in advance.
2.3 Password and Account Security
The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to jya9 Support immediately. Sharing or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
jya9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. jya9 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport if required. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on jya9 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. To make a withdrawal, the user must have placed at least one bet using their deposited funds. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or the one registered on the account.
3.3 Fund Verification
jya9 ensures that all deposited funds come from the user's own legitimate money. In cases of suspicious transactions, the account and payment may be held and additional verification carried out.
3.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or network error, jya9 will attempt to return the relevant amount to the original source within 72 hours. Failed transactions must be reported to Support.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on jya9 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, a wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning ৳1,200 in bonus requires ৳12,000 in wagers.
4.2 Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- jya9's own judgement on any bonus or promotion matter is final.
4.3 VIP Cashback
jya9's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier receives cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% for Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to the total net loss for that week. For example, a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week would receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
jya9 reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet, particularly in cases of technical errors, abnormal odds display or suspicious activity. Bets placed at incorrect odds will be considered void and the original stake will be returned.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally considered void. If a specific number of overs or a period of time in a match is not completed, the relevant market may be cancelled. Separate market rules apply to all sports including cricket and football.
5.3 Game Results and RTP
All casino games on jya9 operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and random results. The RTP (Return to Player) rate varies by game and represents a long-term mathematical average — it does not guarantee results in any single session.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
- Abusing bonuses or circumventing any promotion terms.
- Coordinating with other users to defraud the system.
- Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the jya9 platform.
- Placing bets in the name of or using funds belonging to a third party.
6 Account Suspension and Closure
6.1 Suspension by jya9
jya9 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, providing false identity or any legal complication related to the account.
6.2 Account Closure by the User
Users may request closure of their account at any time through jya9 Support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal policy before the account is closed, however any incomplete bonus wagers will be cancelled.
6.3 Balance Refund
If jya9 closes an account and no breach of rules is proven, the remaining principal balance will be returned. If fraud or a breach of rules is proven, all balances may be forfeited.
7 Personal Information and Security
7.1 Data Collection and Use
jya9 collects, stores and processes users' personal information for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity and preventing fraud. Full details on how personal information is used can be found in jya9's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7.2 SSL Security
The jya9 platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Personal information is not sold to third parties.
7.3 Cookies and Tracking
jya9 uses cookies to improve the browsing experience and for analytics purposes. By using the site, you are consenting to the cookie policy.
8 Responsible Gaming
8.1 Aware Gaming
jya9 believes that gaming is for entertainment — not as a way to solve financial problems. There is always a risk of loss in casino and betting games and there is no guarantee of winning. Users should only play with money they can afford to lose.
8.2 Self-Exclusion and Setting Limits
jya9 allows users to set deposit limits, loss limits and session limits. If someone feels their gaming habit is getting out of control, they can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through Support.

8.3 Protection of Minors
jya9 is firmly committed to preventing minors from gambling. Immediate action will be taken if any account belonging to a person under 21 years of age is found.
9 Dispute Resolution
9.1 How to Submit a Complaint
If you have a dispute or complaint, please first contact jya9 via 24/7 live chat or email support. All complaints may be submitted in Bengali or English and the support team provides service in both languages.
9.2 Resolution Timeframe
jya9 will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints as quickly as possible after receipt. Complex disputes may require additional information to be gathered, and the user will be informed in such cases.
9.3 Final Decision
On matters relating to game results, jya9's server logs and records will be treated as the final evidence. Claims for winnings incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.
10 Changes to Terms
10.1 Right to Amend
jya9 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication.
10.2 Notice of Changes
For significant changes, jya9 will attempt to notify registered users by email or in-site notification. However, continuing to use the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10.3 Applicable Law
The laws of the jurisdiction under which jya9's governing authority operates will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms. The courts of the relevant jurisdiction will be considered competent for any dispute.
10.4 Severability of Terms
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
